Dave Johnson (M.NCPS) (IMI)

Dave is a qualified psychotherapist with over a decade of experience specialising in child, adolescent, and family therapy. Known for his compassionate and evidence-based approach, Dave helps organisations and individuals build resilience, enhance emotional intelligence, and overcome challenges through thoughtful self-reflection and practical strategies.

He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Sciences and has an impressive array of undergraduate qualifications, including Behavioural Neuroscience, Educational Psychology, Leadership & Management, Child Safeguarding, and Conflict Resolution to name a few. Since qualifying as a therapist in 2014, Dave has worked across a variety of educational settings, including primary and secondary schools, and has lead the student therapeutic programme for the London campus of a prestigious American based.

In addition to his therapeutic expertise, Dave is also a qualified and registered workplace mediator. His mediation, training and therapeutic experience in educational environments has been instrumental in resolving conflicts and fostering healthier communication and collaboration.

At ChildWell, Dave designs and delivers tailored workshops and training courses on topics such as stress management, effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and resilience building. His engaging and interactive style ensures participants gain valuable skills that can be applied in both their personal and professional lives.

Mona Patel (IMI)

Mona is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience as a senior leader/manager in the higher education sector. 

A Psychology graduate, Mona has combined her vast staff/student welfare experience and academic knowledge and applied this wealth of expertise to her role as a Mental Health & Well-being Specialist and Workplace Mediator. She has held Director-level positions with prestigious international universities and UK study abroad programmes, showcasing her leadership and strategic vision. Known for her commitment to fostering collaboration and driving organisational success, Mona is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams in dynamic, multicultural environments.

Simone Stephen (M.NCPS)

Simone is a qualified & accredited Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist. She has been practicing as an integrative therapist for over eight years. Simone is passionate about supporting her clients through her humanistic approach to positive change. 

Simone uses both Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in her practice. Her approach is both person-centred and goal orientated. This means that clients both achieve their goals & reach a newfound internal equilibrium. 

Simone studied Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapeutic Counselling with Chrysalis. Simone holds a Certificate in Counselling Children with Place2Be. Simone is an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and a member of Creative Counsellors. Simone works with both adults and children and is DBS checked. 

Simone provides a safe, secure space for her clients to think, process and reflect. This means that issues & their root causes can be explored, unpacked and resolved over time.
