Our Blended Paediatric First Aid Course combines flexible online learning with practical, hands-on training to ensure you feel fully prepared to respond to emergencies involving infants and children.

Certificate Gained
Upon successful completion of the course, delegates will receive an accredited Blended Paediatric First Aid Certificate. This certificate comes with 12 CPD points and is valid for three years. This meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, making it fully recognised by OFSTED. It demonstrates the delegate's competence in providing first aid to infants and children in emergencies.
The certificate is awarded after completing both the online module and the face-to-face practical assessment, ensuring a thorough understanding of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Delivery Method
The Blended Paediatric First Aid course is delivered in two parts: an online module and a face-to-face practical session. Delegates will first complete an engaging, self-paced online module, covering essential theoretical knowledge, such as recognising common childhood illnesses, managing injuries, and responding to medical emergencies. This is followed by a dynamic in-person session where trained instructors guide participants through practical first aid techniques, including CPR, choking management, and handling minor and major injuries.
The course is run by highly qualified and experienced first aid trainers who are passionate about creating a supportive and professional learning environment. Delegates will practice their skills using industry-standard equipment, such as child and infant manikins, in comfortable, well-equipped surroundings.
