Description
This 90-minute interactive workshop explores the concepts of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and their practical applications within educational and professional environments. Participants will learn the legal frameworks underpinning DEI, including the Equality Act 2010 and ACAS guidance, and engage in self-reflection and group exercises to identify personal biases, barriers to inclusion, and strategies for promoting fairness and belonging in the workplace.
