EXAM STRESS

Stressing out about exams and deadlines is part of being a student however it is important to manage these periods of stress so students do not become overwhelmed, which in turn can lead to poorer academic performance.

During this course students will be able to identity what causes their stress, how they respond and identify key exam stress triggers. The course will also examine how to control responses to internal and external stressors and explain how managing exam stress can lead to a more resilient and healthier outcome.
