PROCRASTINATION
Procrastination is a common issue most students experience which can have a negative impact on studies. This course will help students understand how putting things off can affect them and help them find ways to change the pattern of behaviour.

This course will help learners raise their awareness about procrastination, identify reasons it occurs and ways to overcome it. Learners will also be given practical strategies on how to overcome procrastination so they can develop good habits and become focussed.
