MANAGING ANXIETY
This course is for students wishing to understand and apply the principles of managing the day to day causes of anxiety and how it impacts on stress in general.

During this course learners will be able to assess their own level of stress and responses to anxiety, Identify key trigger factors related to stress and anxiety and apply evidence-based techniques for managing stress and anxiety. The course will also look at how to control of responses to internal and external stressors and explain how managing stress and anxiety can lead to a more resilient and healthier outlook.
