Description
This Sexual Harassment e-learning course provides a practical introduction to recognising and addressing inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. Aligned with UK legislation, including the Equality Act 2010, and guidance from ACAS, it supports organisations in meeting their responsibilities while promoting a respectful and inclusive culture.
Learners will explore different forms of sexual harassment, understand their impact on individuals and teams, and develop the confidence to identify and respond appropriately. The course also covers professional boundaries, reporting processes, and the role of individuals in maintaining a safe workplace.
